Als IT Support Engineer speel jij een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden van onze IT-infrastructuur en het ondersteunen van onze medewerkers. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos werkt, zodat jij én je collega's het beste uit de technologie kunnen halen. ZO ZIET JOUW NIEUWE BAAN ERUIT Als IT Support Engineer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's met IT-vragen of technische uitdagingen. Je helpt dagelijks met uiteenlopende supportverzoeken en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen prettig en probleemloos kan werken. Samen met je collega van de 2e lijn support houd je onze IT-omgeving draaiende en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed werkt. Verder houd jij je bezig met: - Het bieden van dagelijkse ondersteuning aan je collega's bij IT-vragen en incidenten , van eenvoudige vragen tot complexere technische problemen. - Het beheren van de IT-inventaris en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien, zodat niemand zonder werkende apparatuur komt te zitten. - Je signaleert en lost problemen en inefficiënties op in de systemen en processen. - Je helpt met het beheren van onze Office 365-omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat alles optimaal werkt voor alle medewerkers. - Je werkt samen met collega's in Nederland en Frankrijk en hebt regelmatig contact met verschillende interne afdelingen, zoals Facility, Finance, Operations, Sales en HR.
