Jouw dag draait om het bieden van een vlotte service aan eindgebruikers, hoofdzakelijk remote en af en toe op locatie.

  • Je monitort de POS-systemen en escaleert complexere knelpunten direct naar de juiste externe partners.
  • Alle meldingen en storingen registreer je nauwkeurig in servicedesktool Zendesk voor een gestroomlijnde opvolging.
  • Je test nieuwe ERP-functionaliteiten en houdt de interne documentatie en knowledge-base up-to-date.
  • Potentiële technische risico's signaleer je proactief, waarna je meteen gerichte verbetervoorstellen formuleert.
  • Als IT Support Medewerker bezoek je incidenteel winkelpunten met een bedrijfswagen om complexe uitdagingen ter plaatse op te lossen.

In de functie van IT Support Medewerker ben je de spilfiguur die technische nieuwsgierigheid combineert met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans om alle collega's vlot te woord te staan.
  • Kennis van Business Central of ervaring binnen een retailomgeving werkt sterk in je voordeel.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een leergierige teamplayer die bereid is mee te draaien in een flexibele wachtdienst.
