Als IT Support engineer bij de Emons Group ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor al onze (internationale) collega's met IT-vragen. Dankzij jouw kennis van werkplektools, platformen en Microsoft 365 help jij hen snel weer op weg. Dit ga je doen! Wanneer collega's binnen de Emons Group vragen hebben over hun werkplek, ben jij de redder in nood! Of het nu gaat om een laptop in Milsbeek, telefoon in Duitsland of een ander device in Polen: jij staat voor je collega's klaar. De ene helft van je baan richt zich op support, en de kleinere helft richt zich op (infra)projecten. Natuurlijk werk je niet in je eentje! Je hebt een team om je heen en de projecten voer je uit samen met de systeembeheerder. Je bent… - opgeleid in IT, bijvoorbeeld MBO/HBO Medewerker ICT Support, of je beschikt over een vergelijkbaar diploma - bekend met Microsoft software, zoals Active Directory, Azure Entra en Office 365 - ervaren met Exchange, Power Platform, SharePoint en/of Teams is een pré - bekend met RDS en Cybersecurity (dat is zeker een plus!)) - ervaren in het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers binnen een organisatie - graag onderdeel van een internationaal en multicultureel team van vakidioten - dol op een informele werksfeer waarbij samenwerken hand in hand gaat met een dosis humor. Je blinkt uit in… - het leveren van eerste- en tweedelijns support, zowel telefonisch als on-site - helder en klantgericht communiceren in het Nederlands én Engels - het identificeren, analyseren en oplossen van IT-problemen - samenwerken; of het nou met collega's of leveranciers is: het is voor jou gesneden koek! - Je inbreng van technische know-how in IT-projecten over oa infra en landschap) - het geven van training en ondersteuning aan collega's bij het gebruik van IT-tools en applicaties Wij bieden… Een plek in een hecht en internationaal familiebedrijf waar je je al snel thuis voel...
