Als Support Engineer ben jij de specialist die onze gebruikers snel en adequaat helpt bij hun ICT-vragen en storingen. Met jouw technische kennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg jij voor een soepele werking van ICT-voorzieningen en blije gebruikers. Jouw rol Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers die technische ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je neemt meldingen aan via telefoon, e-mail en het IT Service Managementsysteem, analyseert de problemen en biedt oplossingen of schakelt collega-specialisten in wanneer dat nodig is. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de meldingen en houdt gebruikers zorgvuldig op de hoogte. Ook ondersteun je bij installaties, configuraties en het beheer van ICT-middelen en draag je bij aan projecten, waaronder de implementatie van nieuwe systemen en werkplekoplossingen. Flexibiliteit, overzicht en heldere communicatie zijn hierbij essentieel. Wie we zoeken - Je hebt een mbo-diploma in een ICT-richting en bent bekend met Microsoft-producten en ICT-voorzieningen. - Ervaring met IT Service Management-methodieken zoals ITIL of ISM is een pré. - Je hebt gewerkt met systemen als TOPdesk of vergelijkbare tools. - Je bent klantvriendelijk, proactief en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen, ook onder druk. - Heldere communicatie, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. - Je bent flexibel en kunt op verschillende locaties ondersteuning bieden. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
