Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen een internationale groep zoeken we een ervaren IT Support Engineer. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers vlot kunnen werken met hun IT-systemen en bied je ondersteuning aan verschillende vestigingen en internationale entiteiten.

Van een nieuwe laptop installeren tot een technisch probleem op de productievloer oplossen: geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit. Samen met een collega vorm je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met IT te maken heeft.

Wat ga je doen? - On-site interventies combineren met remote IT-support. - Storingen aan servers, pc’s, netwerkhardware en software analyseren en oplossen. - Instaan voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de IT-infrastructuur. - Supportvragen monitoren en tijdig escaleren wanneer extra expertise nodig is. - Medewerkers ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende IT-vragen en technische problemen. - IT-ondersteuning bieden binnen een productieomgeving, onder andere bij technische installaties en automatiseringsprojecten.

Een hands-on mentaliteit en de nodige zelfstandigheid om problemen efficiënt aan te pakken. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische informatie begrijpelijk uit te leggen aan eindgebruikers. Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband vlot kunnen werken.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in relevante richting met minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen IT Support.

- Vakkennis: Goede kennis van Windows Server en ervaring met Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure en netwerken.

- Talenkennis: Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
