Als IT-Support (m/w/d) unterstützt du deine Kolleg:innen mit neuen Ideen und festigst dein Wissen durch praktische Erfahrungen. 1 IT-Support (m/w/d) Einsatzort: 6020 Innsbruck

Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen über Ticketsysteme wie Jira

* Durchführung von Applikations- und Berechtigungsmanagement, Softwareinstallationen sowie Mobile Device Management

* Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im Microsoft-Umfeld

* Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Standardanwendungen wie Microsoft 365

* Nachverfolgung und Koordination von IT-Supportfällen bis zur erfolgreichen Behebung

* Pflege der Wissensdatenbank sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Administrator:innen bei Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturthemen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Technik, Fachinformatik für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erste Berufserfahrung im 1st Level Support / Helpdesk

* Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, macOS und Microsoft 365 (Office, Outlook, Teams)

* Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN, WLAN, VPN) sowie in der Fehleranalyse von Hard- und Software

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und hands-on geprägte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
