Für den weiteren Aufbau suchen wir:: 1 IT Support (m/w/d) (Schwaz in Tirol) Vollzeit

IHR PROFIL:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Informatik oder vergleichbar

* Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support

* Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, IT Systeme

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Support-Tickets und in der Lösung technischer Probleme

* Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

WAS SIE ERWARTET:

* Unterstützung des Infrastruktur-Teams im Sinne eines Smart Hands Supports

* Konfiguration, Betreuung und Optimierung von IT Systemen und Endgeräten

* Technischer Support für Endanwender bei Hardware-, Software- und Infrastrukturthemen

* Bearbeitung von eskalierten Support-Tickets sowie Analyse und Lösung komplexer Störungen

* Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bei IT Systemen und Infrastrukturkomponenten

* Unterstützung bei Server- und IT-Equipment-Updates

* Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Architekten und Projektteams zur Optimierung bestehender Systeme

* Unterstützung bei der Integration von Hardware- und Softwarelösungen

* Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation

ENTGELT: Eine adäquate Bezahlung ist abhängig von der jeweiligen Branche sowie Ausbildung und beruflichen Erfahrung der BewerberInnen, somit ist eine Überzahlung des Mindestgrundgehaltes von monatlich brutto EUR 3.500,- auf Basis Vollzeit für diese Stelle gegeben.
