Je zorgt dat werkplekken blijven draaien en ondersteunt gebruikers persoonlijk bij hun vragen en incidenten. Wat krijg je van ons • Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.610 en €3.250, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; • Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; • Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; • Een leaseauto of een volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding; • 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; • Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd; • Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en Microsoft Certified Trainer. Over de rol • Ondersteunen van gebruikers op locatie bij IT-incidenten • Installeren en vervangen van hardware en werkplekken • Beheren van gebruikers en devices binnen Active Directory en Azure • Registreren en opvolgen van incidenten in het ticketsysteem • Signaleren van verbeterpunten binnen werkplekbeheer • Samenwerken met servicedesk en systeembeheer Functie-eisen • Afgeronde mbo 3 of 4 ICT diploma • Ervaring als IT-support medewerker of werkplekbeheerder • Kennis van Windows 10/11 en Office 365 • Ervaring met Active Directory en Azure omgevingen • Klantgerichte en communicatief sterke houding Cultuur bij igen Bij igen moet werken leuk zijn én een plek zijn waar je jezelf kan blijven ontwikkelen.
