IT support medewerker zorg je ervoor dat collega's dagelijks vlot, efficiënt en veilig kunnen werken. Je combineert technische expertise met een sterke servicegerichte aanpak en bouwt mee aan een moderne digitale werkomgeving.

Je start vanuit gebruikerssupport, maar krijgt volop kansen om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en door te groeien richting een volwaardige Modern Workplace Specialist.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij technische vragen en problemen en zorgt voor een snelle en professionele oplossing.
  • Je analyseert problemen en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer en de optimalisatie van de moderne digitale werkplek.
  • Je werkt met technologieën zoals Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows, macOS en PowerShell.
  • Je ondersteunt implementaties en werkt mee aan IT-projecten die een directe impact hebben op de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je zoekt actief naar mogelijkheden om processen te automatiseren en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem en vertaalt relevante innovaties naar de werkplek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere IT-teams om gebruikers een optimale digitale ervaring te bieden.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in IT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen IT-support, servicedesk, workplace support of end-user services.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in moderne werkplektechnologie en Microsoft 365.
  • Kennis van Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows, macOS en/of PowerShell is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van gebruikers.
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen, certificeringen en praktijkervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot, werkt graag samen en neemt initiatief.
  • Je denkt niet alleen aan oplossingen voor vandaag, maar ook aan hoe processen morgen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.
