Als IT Support Medewerker ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor al onze collega's. Je zorgt voor een soepele, klantgerichte en betrouwbare ICT- ervaring door vragen en meldingen snel en vriendelijk op te pakken. Je beheert en registreert tickets in Topdesk, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en lost incidenten, wijzigingen en problemen zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op. Waar nodig schakel je met IT-collega's of externe partners en ondersteun je collega's bij uiteenlopende ICT-werkzaamheden. Daarnaast houd je het overzicht over verschillende werkzaamheden en weet je snel te schakelen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onder andere ICT-bestellingen, planningen, kennisitems en interne procedures en draagt bij aan projecten en het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening. Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en proactief, controleert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op locatie of op afstand en signaleert kansen om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Daarnaast draai je incidenteel mee in een bereikbaarheidsdienst op zaterdag, waarbij je bereikbaar bent voor storingen of urgente vragen. De bereikbaarheidsdienst wordt gecompenseerd in tijd en eventueel gewerkte uren worden extra beloond. Dit bieden wij • Een salaris tussen €2.800,- en €3.400,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), met jaarlijkse inflatiecorrectie, prestatiegerichte verhoging en bonusregeling; • Een pensioenregeling met 2,6% eigen bijdrage; • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km of een NS-Business Card voor woon-werkverkeer; • 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime); • Personeelskorting op ons volledige assort...
