Als IT SUPPORT MEDEWERKER RETAIL zorg je ervoor dat de winkels hun systemen en procedures correct, efficiënt en op een uniforme manier kunnen gebruiken. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit het Support Center in Wommelgem en bent af en toe aanwezig op de winkelvloer om collega’s rechtstreeks te begeleiden.

Concreet bestaat je functie uit volgende taken:

  • Je volgt vragen en problemen van winkels rond hun dagelijkse werking op en biedt hiervoor een passende oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt winkels bij het correcte gebruik van IT-systemen zoals kassa, SAP en scanners.
  • Je begeleidt en leidt winkelmedewerkers op in systemen, procedures en werkmethodes.
  • Je waakt mee over een uniforme manier van werken in al onze winkels.
  • Je voert testen uit op wijzigingen en verbeteringen aan systemen.
  • Je controleert of nieuwe functionaliteiten correct werken en aansluiten bij de praktijk in de winkel.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en systemen.
  • Je vertrekt daarbij steeds vanuit de noden en realiteit van onze winkels.
  • Je begeleidt collega’s af en toe op de winkelvloer bij het gebruik van hun systemen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie als IT SUPPORT MEDEWERKER RETAIL zoeken we iemand die winkelwerking én IT vlot met elkaar kan verbinden:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een winkel en met winkelprocessen en begrijpt hoe een winkel in de praktijk werkt. Dit is een MUST!
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van of sterke interesse in IT-systemen en begrijpt hoe deze in een winkelomgeving worden toegepast.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Zo kan je ook Franstalige collega’s ondersteunen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op.
