Dan heb ik een hele leuke baan voor je! Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de foodsector in Amsterdam Westpoort zoek ik een IT Support Medewerker . Je krijgt een salaris tussen de €3.000 en €4.000 bruto per maand , volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen én ze zoeken iemand voor de lange termijn! Wat ga je doen? Als IT Support Medewerker ben jij één van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor collega's met IT-vragen en problemen. Je probeert deze natuurlijk zelf op te lossen. Lukt dat niet? Dan zorg je ervoor dat de vraag bij de juiste IT-specialist terechtkomt. De ene keer help je iemand die niet kan inloggen, even later installeer je een laptop voor een nieuwe collega. En tussendoor los je bijvoorbeeld een probleem met de wifi of VPN op. Lekker afwisselend dus! Je gaat onder andere: - Collega's helpen met hun dagelijkse IT-vragen en problemen; - Pc's en laptops installeren en configureren; - Accounts en gebruikersprofielen instellen; - Nieuwe medewerkers wegwijs maken in hun IT-omgeving; - Mobiele telefoons en andere devices installeren en beheren; - Problemen met wifi, VPN en netwerkverbindingen oplossen; - Meldingen registreren en bijhouden in ServiceNow ; - Problemen die je niet zelf kunt oplossen doorzetten naar de juiste IT-specialist; - Ondersteunen bij automatische updates en deployments van pc's; - Nieuwe oplossingen en werkinstructies vastleggen; - Ondersteunen bij de IT-apparatuur in vergaderruimtes; - Werkplekken aansluiten of verplaatsen; - De voorraad van IT-apparatuur bijhouden.
