Justspark IT Support Medewerker (CW) . - Curaçao - Hbo / Mbo - 40 uur - 2-5 jaar Jouw uitdaging als IT Support Medewerker (CW) . Als IT Support Medewerker bij Justspark Curaçao zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op betrouwbare en professionele IT-ondersteuning. Je lost incidenten en serviceverzoeken op, voert beheer- en configuratiewerkzaamheden uit en ondersteunt bij IT-projecten. Je werkt voornamelijk bij onze klanten op locatie. Daar help je gebruikers, los je technische problemen op en zorg je ervoor dat systemen goed blijven functioneren. Wanneer er geen werkzaamheden op locatie zijn, werk je vanuit onze vestiging op Curaçao en ben je actief onderdeel van onze servicedesk. Je neemt meldingen en telefoongesprekken aan en zorgt dat vragen en problemen goed worden opgevolgd. Je bent daarbij niet alleen bezig met het oplossen van een probleem, maar neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de volledige afhandeling. Je houdt de klant op de hoogte, schakelt collega's in wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht. Jij herkent jezelf hierin als IT Support Medewerker (CW) . - Mbo+/hbo-niveau in ICT of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een IT-supportfunctie. - Goede kennis van IT-infrastructuur, Microsoft-omgevingen, netwerken en troubleshooting. - Basiskennis van ITIL-processen en ervaring met servicedesksoftware. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en legt technische zaken duidelijk uit. - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt eigenaarschap en denkt in oplossingen. - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen werkzaamheden op locatie en de servicedesk. - Je blijft rustig en zorgvuldig wanneer het druk is. - Je bent gemotiveerd om je IT-kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
