" IT-Support Medewerker Ben jij een IT-support medewerker die graag collega's helpt met ICT-gerelateerde vragen en ervoor zorgt dat systemen, laptops, telefoons en werkplekken goed werken? Bij Lievegoed heb je een afwisselende functie waarin je eerstelijns IT-support combineert met werkplekbeheer, hardwarebeheer en onsite ondersteuning op onze zorglocaties. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit Je komt iets voor 08:00 uur aan op kantoor, pakt een kop koffie en start je systemen op. Om 08:00 uur gaat de telefoonlijn open. Het is nog rustig, dus je checkt je e-mail en handelt een aantal openstaande tickets in Topdesk af. Even later help je een nieuwe collega met het installeren en inloggen van een app op de zakelijke smartphone. Daarna reset je een wachtwoord, bestel je een telefoon, ken je gebruikersrechten toe en denk je mee over een verbetering in een IT-proces. Tussendoor lopen collega's binnen met vragen of bellen ze voor ondersteuning. Je werkt niet alleen vanaf kantoor. Ook op onze zorglocaties fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor IT-support. Zo staat er morgen een afspraak in Driebergen op de planning om een collega te helpen met een probleem met zijn mobiele werktelefoon. Tussen de werkzaamheden door is er natuurlijk tijd voor een gezellige lunch of een wandeling. De afwisseling tussen helpdesk, werkplekbeheer, technisch beheer en persoonlijk contact met collega's maakt deze functie juist zo leuk. Wat ga je doen als IT-support medewerker? Als IT-support medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met ICT-vragen en technische problemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij snel weer verder kunnen met hun werk.
