- Vacature IT Support Medewerker Tilburg Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als IT Support Engineer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met IT-vragen. Samen met vier collega's en een manager zorg je voor een betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke IT-omgeving. Je richt je voornamelijk op helpdeskwerkzaamheden en ondersteunt bij hardware, incidenten en het gebruik van verschillende applicaties en systemen. Je werkt onder andere met Windows, Active Directory, Office 365 en Microsoft Cloud. Dankzij een duidelijke en uniforme werkwijze weet je precies wat er van je wordt verwacht. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en verbeteringen door te voeren. Je denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de IT-dienstverlening, signaleert knelpunten en komt met praktische verbetervoorstellen. Ook werk je mee aan verschillende IT-projecten en pak je zelfstandig verbeterprocessen op. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, jezelf kunt ontwikkelen en samen met het team werkt aan slimme IT-oplossingen. Klaar voor deze uitdaging?
