IT Support Medewerker Tilburg - - Tilburg , Noord-Brabant - € 2.650 - € 3.700 per maand Functieomschrijving Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de zorg zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige IT Support Medewerker . In deze brede supportrol ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en los je het merendeel van de IT-vraagstukken zelfstandig op. Je werkt in een klein, hecht IT-team waar veel ruimte is voor eigen initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkeling. In het kort: - Locatie:Omgeving Tilburg - Uren: 32 - 40 uur per week - Salaris: €2.650 - €3.700 obv 40 uur (afhankelijk van ervaring) - Niveau: MBO 3/4 (Junior/Medior) - Startdatum: Per direct of in overleg Wat ga je doen? - Oppakken en oplossen van IT-supportvragen via tickets, telefoon, chat en aan de balie (de 1e lijn lost >90% van de vragen zelf op); - Beheren, installeren en uitleveren van laptops, telefoons en Windows-werkplekken; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, autorisaties en licenties; - Oplossen van complexe software- en werkplekproblemen; - Incidenteel ondersteunen van collega's op verschillende vestigingen in Nederland; - Afstemmen met leveranciers en internationale IT-collega's; - Bewaken van de eigen werkvoorraad en prioriteiten stellen; - Oppakken van kleine IT-projecten en procesverbeteringen. Vereisten Gewenst profiel: - Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring binnen IT-support of werkplekbeheer; - Ervaring met Windows-omgevingen en een ticketsysteem; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke dienstverlenende instelling; - Zelfstandig, proactief en analytisch; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; - Rijbewijs + bereid om incidenteel andere locaties te bezoeken. - Pre: Ervaring met Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Ivanti, Fortinet, SAP of SuccessFactors; - Pre: Ervaring binnen een internationale organisatie.
