The posting

Als externe IT partner voor KMO's zijn wij op zoek naar een IT Support Medewerker die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor onze klanten. Je begeleidt de klant telefonisch bij het oplossen van het probleem via remote support, en je verwerkt de tickets die binnenkomen via ons ticketing systeem. Je pakt vragen op een pro actieve manier aan, en je werkt samen met de systeembeheerders om voor elke vraag een gericht antwoord te bieden. Je biedt ondersteuning bij de installatie van nieuwe (virtuele) serveromgevingen en de monitoring van het datacenter.

Kortom, een erg gevarieerde en uitdagende job met heel wat doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Naast het werken, hechten we ook veel belang aan de groepssfeer. Op heel regelmatige basis organiseren we teamevents. Meer hierover kan je altijd terugvinden op onze facebook pagina.

IT Support Medewerker

Voor deze functie hoef je nog geen jaren bedrijfservaring op zak te hebben. Wat we veel belangrijker vinden, is dat je oprecht gebeten bent door IT en graag uitzoekt hoe de dingen werken. Misschien installeer je thuis je eigen netwerk, experimenteer je met een server of ben jij degene die vrienden en familie bellen als er iets technisch niet werkt.

Wie zoeken wij voor deze rol ?

✔ Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis IT door je opleiding of een eerste werkervaring.

✔ Je hebt een aantoonbare interesse in IT, netwerken en systemen.

✔ Je bent heel klantgericht, voor jou komt de klant steeds op de eerste plaats.

✔ Je kan logisch en probleemoplossend denken en leert graag bij.

✔ Je bent in staat om snel nieuwe kennis op te nemen en te verwerken.

✔ Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en je kan je klanten ook in het Engels te woord staan.

✔ Aangezien een goede werksfeer zeer belangrijk is kunnen de collega's op jou rekenen, en ben je er graag bij om ook plezier te maken met je collega's.
