Je wordt – samen met je team – het vriendelijke telefonische aanspreekpunt voor de klanten (medische sector) Je communiceert vlot, duidelijk en professioneel, zowel aan de telefoon als via e-mail. Je luistert actief, vat problemen helder samen en zorgt dat elke klant op het afgesproken moment een duidelijke update krijgt. Je helpt problemen oplossen via een specifiek systeem en handelt hierbij uiterst nauwkeurig. Je test nieuwe toepassingen en denkt kritisch mee.

Op termijn kan je zelfs klanten opleiden en zo jouw expertise delen.

Je verplaatst je 1 keer per week naar Oostende Je werkt precies en accuraat, zelfs wanneer het druk is.

Je bent communicatief sterk, vriendelijk en voelt je goed aan de telefoon. Je spreekt perfect Nederlands; een kort gesprek in het Frans lukt je ook vrij goed! Je bent een doorzetter: je stopt pas wanneer de klant écht geholpen is. Je blijft rustig wanneer een klant een mindere dag heeft.

Pluspunt : kennis of affiniteit met netwerken of firewalls !
