Unter anderem suchen wir 1 IT-Support-Mitarbeiter/in Wenn Technik auf Menschen trifft, bist du in deinem Element? Du hast Spaß daran, Lösungen zu finden, Fragen zu beantworten und User*innen kompetent zur Seite zu stehen? Dann werde Teil unseres technischen Support-Teams und begleite unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit deinem Know-how durch ihren Arbeitsalltag.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Software-Installationen im Innen- und tlw. Außendienst

* Troubleshooting

* Betreuung des BMD Cloud-Systems

* Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

* Support bei technischen Fragen (am Telefon, per Ticketsystem oder Fernwartung)

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn du Folgendes mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Lehre bzw. HTL-Matura/-Fachschule oder eine ähnliche IT-technische Ausbildung

* Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse: Netzwerk-Know-how, gängige Betriebssysteme & Microsoft-Produkte

* Erfahrung als Systemadministrator*in ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz

* Führerschein B

Wir bieten ein faires Jahresbruttogehalt, das sich auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden) abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung zwischen € 35.658,- und € 44.170,- bewegt. Je nach Erfahrung und Kompetenzen ist auch eine Überzahlung über diese Gehaltsspanne hinaus möglich.
