Wir suchen aktuell 1 IT-Support-Mitarbeiter/in 1030 Wien, Head Office

Tchibo Zentrale, Vollzeit

Das wird dir gefallen:

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen bei IT-bezogenen Fragen und Störungen im täglichen Betrieb (2nd Level Support).

* Du analysierst und behebst Hard- und Softwareprobleme an Arbeitsplätzen, Peripheriegeräten und mobilen Endgeräten.

* Du unterstützt bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Standardsoftware und IT-Arbeitsplätzen.

* Du arbeitest aktiv an der Optimierung und Standardisierung unserer lokalen IT-Prozesse mit.

* Du erstellst, aktualisierst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und FAQs für Anwender*innen.

* Du unterstützt bei Rollouts, Updates und kleineren IT-Projekten im lokalen Umfeld.

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem lokalen IT-Team sowie zentralen IT-Einheiten zusammen.

Das wird uns gefallen:

* Abgeschlossene IT-nahe Ausbildung (z.B. Lehre, HTL, Fachschule) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support.

* Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle von Vorteil.

* Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Clients, Standardsoftware und Office-Umgebungen.

* Grundverständnis für IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerke und Benutzerverwaltung.

* Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude daran, Anwender*innen zu unterstützen.

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

* Proaktive Einstellung und Interesse daran, IT-Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
