#Profile

* Du erlangst nach einer intensiven Einschulungsphase ein tiefes Verständnis für die Services und Produkte unserer Marke netcup

* Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für IT Fragen und Problemstellungen unserer Kund:innen

* Du bist zuständig für den netcup Kundensupport und die Produktberatung (kein Sales!)

* Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Annahme und Bearbeitung aller Anfragen im netcup Support, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich per Ticketsystem im Schichtbetrieb

#Wanted

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, ...) oder entsprechende berufliche Erfahrung im Support

* Grundkenntnisse in FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, SSH

* Erfahrung im Webhosting, Domains und virtuellen Servern von Vorteil (professionell oder durch private Projekte)

* Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

* Interesse und Bereitschaft zu fachlichen Weiterbildung

* Professionelle Ausdrucksweise Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse (jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil)
