* Bilden der zentralen Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen * Unterstützen der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard-, Software- und Anwendungsproblemen * Priorisieren, Bearbeiten und Lösen von IT-Support-Tickets und Sicherstellen der Servicequalität * Verantworten des Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagements in Microsoft 365 und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen * Betreuen unserer IT-Arbeitsplätze, Endgeräte und Mobile Devices und Unterstützen bei Software-Rollouts und Systemeinführungen * Administrieren und Optimieren unsere Atlassian-Umgebung mit Jira, Jira Service Management und Confluence * Unterstützen unserer Mitarbeitenden durch IT-Schulungen, Onboarding und verständliche Self-Service-Dokumentationen * Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Prozesse

Stellenanforderungen Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support gesammelt und möchtest mehr Verantwortung im Bereich IT Operations übernehmen * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows und modernen Cloud-Diensten * Erfahrung im Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Service- und Kund_innenorientierung sowie Freude daran, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * Der Position entsprechend gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Arbeitszeit: 40 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
