Over de rol Als IT Support Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle technische vragen van collega's. Je zorgt dat hardware en software soepel werken, biedt oplossingen bij IT-problemen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het aanvragen van accounts tot het oplossen van netwerkstoringen of meewerken aan een migratieproject, jij houdt alles draaiende.
