Dit ga je doen als IT Support Specialist Wil jij werken in een internationale omgeving waar je samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende landen én meebouwt aan een moderne cloud-first IT-omgeving? Dan is de rol van IT Support Specialist iets voor jou. Quooker werkt grotendeels in de cloud dus ervaring met Microsoft 365, Intune en Azure AD is belangrijk. In deze functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's die IT-ondersteuning nodig hebben. Of het nu gaat om een storing, een vraag of een nieuwe functionaliteit: jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's in binnen- en buitenland snel weer verder kunnen. Je denkt in oplossingen en draagt actief bij aan een prettige IT-ervaring voor alle Quooker collega's. Naast support krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en werk je samen met je collega's aan IT-projecten en de implementatie van nieuwe systemen. Zo combineer je dagelijks contact met gebruikers met de mogelijkheid om ook invloed uit te oefenen op onze IT-omgeving.
