Voor onze klant Provan, onderdeel van de internationale Kingspan Group, is Robert Half op zoek naar een ervaren IT Support Specialist. In deze sleutelpositie zorg je ervoor dat de IT-infrastructuur optimaal functioneert voor de medewerkers in Genk en Bilzen. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook andere entiteiten binnen de divisie Tate Data Solutions, waarbij je samenwerkt met een internationaal IT-team.

Jouw uitdaging

Als IT Support Specialist ben jij samen met een collega hét centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-gerelateerde vragen en incidenten binnen de organisatie.

Je krijgt een afwisselende rol waarin je zowel hands-on operationele ondersteuning biedt als meewerkt aan de verdere optimalisatie van de IT-omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verlenen van first- en second-line IT support aan eindgebruikers.
  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van laptops, pc's, randapparatuur en mobiele toestellen.
  • Oplossen van hardware-, software-, netwerk- en serverproblemen.
  • Beheren en onderhouden van Microsoft-omgevingen waaronder Microsoft 365, SharePoint en Azure.
  • Monitoren en ondersteunen van IT-systemen binnen een moderne productieomgeving.
  • Registreren, opvolgen en documenteren van incidenten en service requests.
  • Samenwerken met externe leveranciers en internationale IT-teams.
  • Ondersteunen van IT-projecten en implementaties binnen de verschillende vestigingen.
  • Adviseren van gebruikers en ervoor zorgen dat IT-oplossingen begrijpelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk worden ingezet.
  • Waken over IT-processen, securityrichtlijnen en compliance binnen de Kingspan Group.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren professional die technische expertise combineert met een klantgerichte mindset.

Je beschikt over:

  • ✅ Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een IT Support-, System Support- of Infrastructure Support functie.
  • ✅ Ervaring binnen een productie-, manufacturing- of industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • ✅ Sterke kennis van:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • SharePoint
  • Netwerken (LAN/WAN/WiFi)
  • Hardware & infrastructuurbeheer
  • ✅ Ervaring met ERP-systemen of businessapplicaties is een plus.
  • ✅ Een probleemoplossende en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • ✅ Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische zaken helder uit te leggen aan niet-technische gebruikers.
  • ✅ Zelfstandigheid, ownership en een echte teamspirit.
  • ✅ Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
