Als IT Support Specialist pak je complexere incidenten op, ondersteun je gebruikers én ontwikkel je jezelf richting een senior IT-rol. Als IT Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor IT-vraagstukken die nét wat meer technische kennis vragen. Je analyseert incidenten, beheert gebruikers en werkplekken en ondersteunt bij Microsoft 365-omgevingen. Waar mogelijk los je problemen zelfstandig op en bij complexere vraagstukken schakel je met andere beheerteams. Je krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen richting senior support of beheer. Wat ga je doen? - Oplossen en analyseren van complexere IT-incidenten - Beheren van gebruikers, rechten en accounts - Ondersteunen en beheren van Microsoft 365-werkplekken - Installeren en configureren van laptops, software en randapparatuur - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen Wil jij als IT Support Specialist meer verantwoordelijkheid pakken en jezelf ontwikkelen richting senior niveau?
