Als Operations Support Specialist ondersteun je collega's bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken en draag je bij aan een prettige digitale werkomgeving. Je combineert supportwerkzaamheden met applicatiebeheer, werkplekbeheer en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de IT-organisatie. Een greep uit jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Installeren, configureren en uitgeven van laptops aan nieuwe en bestaande collega's - Ondersteunen van collega's bij IT-vragen en samen werken aan passende oplossingen - Bieden van technische ondersteuning bij videoconferenties en grotere klantbijeenkomsten - Beheren en onderhouden van werkplekken en vergaderruimtes - Uitvoeren van applicatiebeheer voor onder andere Microsoft 365, SharePoint en TOPdesk - Beheren van mobiele telefonie - Meedenken over verbeteringen en slimme manieren om werkzaamheden eenvoudiger en efficiënter te maken. - Deelnemen aan IT-projecten in samenwerking met systeembeheer Even voorstellen: Je team!
