Voor een toonaangevende, internationaal actieve onderneming in de regio Genk zijn wij bij LGA IT op zoek naar een IT System & Support Specialist. In deze spilfunctie ben jij het eerste én laatste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-vraagstukken. Je combineert diepgaande support met het beheer van de lokale netwerken, systemen en cloudomgevingen.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw Rol & Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • End-to-End Support (L1–L3): Je lost uiteenlopende en meer complexe incidenten zelfstandig op, zowel remote als hands-on op de werkvloer.
  • Systeem- & Netwerkbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit, beveiliging en optimalisatie van de lokale IT-infrastructuur en netwerken.
  • Cloud & MS365: Je beheert de Microsoft 365-omgeving (inclusief SharePoint) en hebt een actieve rol in de verdere uitrol en integratie van Azure.
  • Projecten & Nieuwbouw: Je denkt proactief mee over IT-innovaties en speelt een sleutelrol bij het opzetten van de IT-infrastructuur op de nieuwe productielocatie.
  • Productie-Ondersteuning: Je biedt ondersteuning aan de specifieke applicaties en operationele IT-processen op de productievloer.

Jouw Profiel:

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare, solide ervaring in een brede IT-ondersteunende of systeembeherende functie (bij voorkeur binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving).
  • Tech Stack: Brede kennis van Infrastructuur, Netwerken, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) en Azure.
  • Competenties: Sterk analytisch vermogen, stressbestendig, pragmatisch en gewend om zelfstandig ownership te nemen.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.
