Je verzorgt zowel 1e- als 2e-lijns ondersteuning, analyseert incidenten en legt deze zorgvuldig en helder vast. Je schakelt intensief met developers en productmanagement om structurele oplossingen te realiseren en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen voor toekomstige releases. Dankzij de korte lijnen binnen het kleine team heb je veel invloed op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de ontwikkelingen van het product. Gevraagd Profiel: - Minimaal MBO ICT-beheer niveau 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een IT Support Specialist functie of een soortgelijke IT-supportrol. - Analytisch sterk en in staat snel tot de kern van een vraagstuk te komen. - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift. - Klantgericht, communicatief vaardig en servicegericht. - Affiniteit met software, IT-dienstverlening en mobiele hardware. - Accuraat, gestructureerd en proactief ingesteld. - Je voelt je prettig in een klein team waar samenwerken en kennisdelen centraal staan. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: - Salaris tot €3.800,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. - Mogelijkheden voor training en verdere ontwikkeling. - Goede pensioenregeling. - Vakantiedagen passend bij een gezonde werk-privébalans. - Werken binnen een compact team met ruimte voor initiatief, overleg en groei.
