Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte IT-Support-Spezialist:innen, die Freude daran haben, Probleme zu lösen und Kolleg_innen bei technischen Fragen zu unterstützen. 1 IT-Support-Spezialist_in (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

º Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (1st- & 2nd-Level-Support)

º Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten

º Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen (Active Directory, M365, etc.)

º Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Bereich Netzwerk, Anwendungen und Hardware

º Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem

º Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten und Rollouts

Dein Profil

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbares) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung.

º Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil

º Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft 365, Netzwerktechnik und Hardware

º Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Teamorientierung sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

º Sorgfältig, zuverlässig und kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kunden und Kolleg_innen

Attraktive Vergütung:

Ein marktkonformes Gehalt ab € 2.470,- brutto. (38,5 Wochenstunden / Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik) Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist auch eine Überzahlung möglich.
