Infrastructuur Cloud Beveiliging Office 365 & Microsoft 365 Infobeheer (Managed Services) Connectiviteit (Proximus ICT Expert) Maintenance

Jobomschrijving

Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor :

  • Analyseren en evalueren van incidenten vermeld door service desk ;
  • Resolutie van de incidenten en documenteren van het systeem van de klant ;
  • Proactief onderhoud van de systemen ;
  • Voorbereiding en configuratie van computers//servers (HW en SW aspecten) ;
  • Bescherming en overdracht van gegevens (backup, antivirus) - Activatie van gsm.
  • Je staat in voor het precies beantwoorden van de noden van de klant, de tijd van overname en resolutie van incidenten te eerbiedigen, de procedures en de uren van de klant te eerbiedigen.
  • Je zult proactief en hoffelijk ten opzichte van de cliëntèle zijn en zult niet aarzelen om initiatieven te nemen als je het noodzakelijk vindt.
  • Je wordt op regelmatige basis opgeleid in de producten, diensten en technische evoluties om je in staat te stellen deze te positioneren en te installeren bij onze klanten.
  • Kandidaat zou van minimum 5 jaar ervaring genieten in een gelijkaardige functie en je hebt competenties in meerdere van de volgende domeinen :
  • Kennis van OS desktops en laptops - Kennis van netwerk technologie (IP, DHCP, DNS, ...)
  • Basis kennis van e-mail technologie in een bedrijf omgeving (Office 365 + ADD on)
  • Office suite (2xxx) - Configuratie van het materiaal in verband met OS
  • Basis kennis met betrekking tot Windows Server (administratie)
  • Basis kennis van backup systemen (Veeam of andere)
  • Ervaring van activatie van gsm (iPhone met MDM) is een plus punt.
  • Uiteraard is certificatie in deze domeinen ook een belangrijke plus punt
  • Alle ervaringen in de wereld van servers, Active Directory en mail servers zijn welkom (inclusief virtualization en cloud).
  • Een professionele en dynamische houding
  • Een ‘open’ profiel dat open staat voor een integratie in een team en een KMO
  • Respect voor de interne kwaliteitsprocedures
