DEINE AUFGABEN

* Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen bei IT-Anfragen als 1st & 2nd Level Support

* Lösungsorientierte Unterstützung bei Supportfällen via Telefon, Ticketsystem und Mail

* Support für Enduser im Bereich Windows Clients, Hardware und Mobile Devices

* Eigenständige Problemlösung und Dokumentation der anfallenden Supportfälle

* Erstellen und aktualisieren von Betriebs- und Systemdokumentationen und Benutzerhandbüchern

* Weiterentwicklung der internen ITSM-Prozesse

* Installation und Wartung von Desktop Hard- und Software, sowie POS-Peripherie

* Betreuung und Monitoring von POS-System

* Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten

FACHLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als IT-Support Techniker:in

* Versiert in den Anwendungen von Microsoft 365 Applikationen (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) und gängigen Ticketsystemen

* Anwendung von Scripting Languages wünschenswert, vorzugsweise PowerShell

* Erste Erfahrung in der Netzwerk- und Systembetreuung von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Linux Systemen von Vorteil
