* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder solide Berufspraxis

* 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support

* Bearbeitung und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem Jira

* Anlage und Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Postfächern in AD und M365

* Betreuung IT-Hardware (Thin Clients, PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, mobile Endgeräte)

* 1st-Level-Support für Fachanwendungen (z. B. BMD)

* Unterstützung der IT-Administration

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner_innen

* IT-Dokumentation, Inventarverwaltung und Beschaffung Hard- und Software

* Mindestbruttogehalt je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung € 2.400,-- (40h)
