“Samen op een respectvolle, vriendelijke manier toegankelijke kwaliteitsgeneeskunde en -zorg aanbieden”. Dat is de missie van AZ Monica. Onze IT-afdeling speelt hierin een cruciale rol en is momenteel op zoek naar versterking.

Samen met enthousiaste collega’s werk je aan een stabiele, veilige en performante IT-omgeving binnen het ziekenhuis. Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers, denkt mee in projecten en zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen veilig en efficiënt blijven functioneren.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken:

  • Je werkt mee aan de cybersecurity roadmap van AZ Monica.
  • Je helpt collega’s bij complexe IT-problemen (2e en 3e lijn).
  • Je beheert onze Windows-omgeving, servers en clients.
  • Je zorgt voor security, firewall en endpoint protection.
  • Je houdt systemen up-to-date en beheert soft- en hardware (Lifecycle management).
  • Je monitort de IT-omgeving (o.a. via Zabbix).
  • Je zorgt voor Inventarisatie van de IT omgeving.
  • Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten en denkt mee over oplossingen.
  • Je automatiseert waar mogelijk (o.a. Powershell).
  • Je documenteert en verbetert procedures.
  • Je geeft advies over een veilige en stabiele IT-omgeving.
  • Je draait mee in een wachtdienst.
  • Bachelor informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en volgt nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de voet.
  • Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit cruciaal zijn.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en pakt problemen structureel aan.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, gebruikersgericht en werkt vlot samen in team én zelfstandig.
  • Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en kan goed omgaan met stress in een dynamische omgeving.

Kennis van volgende zaken is belangrijk:

  • Active Directory (LDAP) en de bijhorende toepassingen
  • Windows Server en Windows OS
  • Microsoft 365 beheer (Exchange, Teams, …)
  • SCCM en WSUS
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Best practices rond cybersecurity
  • Basis netwerkkennis (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Aruba, …)
  • Basiswerking van firewall

Kennis of notie van volgende zaken is een meerwaarde:

  • NIS2
  • Linux (bv. Debian)
  • VMware
  • Monitoring tools (bv. Zabbix)
  • Reverse proxy’s (bv. Nginx) en SSL-certificaten
  • Ervaring met ziekenhuistoepassingen (bv. HL7)
  • Imprivata
