Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 IT System Administrator_in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen digitalen Arbeitsalltag und unterstützen unsere Kolleg:innen bei technischen Fragestellungen.

* Sie betreuen und administrieren zentrale Bereiche unserer IT-Infrastruktur, insbesondere im Microsoft-Umfeld, in der Virtualisierung (VMware), der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastruktur sowie im Bereich Backup & Restore (Veeam).

* Sie analysieren bestehende IT-Umgebungen, erkennen Optimierungspotenziale und entwickeln konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur.

* Sie überführen Ihre Empfehlungen in konkrete Projekte und setzen diese eigenverantwortlich um - in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und externen Dienstleister:innen.

Ihr Profil:

* Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL oder FH) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung.

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im IT-Support.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server) sowie Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung, Backup und Netzwerktechnik.

* Freude an selbständiger sowie eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit.

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.

* Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Für diese Position mit 38,5 Wochenstunden ist ein Monatsgehalt von mindestens € 2.879,00 brutto 14x jährlich vorgesehen (Beschäftigungsgruppe F, Stufe 1, Handels-KV 2026). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
