Wir suchen für unseren Auftraggeber, die Saubermacher IT Service GmbH, eine 100%ige Tochter der Sauber-macher Gruppe, eine:n IT System Engineer (m/w/d) für das Headquarter in Feldkirchen bei Graz.

Als zentraler IT-Dienstleister der gesamten Gruppe sorgt die Saubermacher IT Service GmbH für eine mo-derne, sichere und leistungsfähige IT-Landschaft. Von der Betreuung der Infrastruktur und dem technischen Support über den Betrieb zentraler Anwendungen bis hin zu innovativen Digitalisierungsprojekten - hier wird IT aktiv gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

Sie erwarten abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, moderne Technologien und viel Gestaltungsspielraum, um die digitale Zukunft der Saubermacher Gruppe mitzugestalten. 1 IT System Engineer (m/f/d) - Feldkirchen bei Graz Vollzeit Ihre Aufgaben:

* Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents im Second- und Third-Level-Support sowie fachliche Unterstützung des First Levels

* Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Client-, Server- und Systemlandschaft

* Betreuung der Microsoft-365-, Azure- und SaaS-Umgebung inklusive Identitäts-, Berechtigungs- und Lizenzmanagement

* Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs-, KI- und Low-Code-Lösungen, insbesondere mittels PowerShell

* Sicherstellung von IT-Security, Compliance, Systemverfügbarkeit und Betriebskontinuität

* Technische Umsetzung von IT-Projekten wie Rollouts, Migrationen und Systemintegrationen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, Erfahrung im Client- und Servermanagement sowie im Second- und Third-Level-Support

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID und Exchange

* Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Softwareverteilung (z.B. Baramundi, Microsoft-Technologien)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit KI-, Low-Code- oder SaaS-Lösungen sowie ITIL-Foundation-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Freude am Wissenstransfer
