Ihre Aufgaben Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastruktur

* Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer On-Premise-Infrastruktur und Private-Cloud-Umgebungen * Betreuung von Hypervisor-Stacks und Private-Cloud-Plattformen, z. B. OpenStack oder Managed-Private-Cloud-Lösungen * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und performanten Infrastruktur-Betriebs * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung unserer Systemlandschaft

Netzwerk- und DataCenter

* Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management für LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Load Balancer und VPN * Betreuung von Data-Center-Komponenten wie Rack, Compute und Storage * Kapazitäts-, Lifecycle- und Verfügbarkeitsmanagement * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen

Microsoft-Umfeld (M365/Microsoft 365)

* Administration von Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und OneDrive * Betreuung von Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID * Administration von Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP und Gruppenrichtlinien * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung hybrider Microsoft-Umgebungen und Konnektivitäten

2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

* Bearbeitung komplexer Infrastruktur- und Plattformthemen * Troubleshooting sowie Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen * Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen und Dokumentation in der Knowledge Base * Teilnahme an einer geregelten Rufbereitschaft

Linux- und Container-Plattformen

* Betrieb und Administration von Linux-Servern, z. B. RHEL, Rocky Linux oder Ubuntu * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Kubernetes-Clustern in On-Premise- bzw. Private-Cloud-Umgebungen * Durchführung und Begleitung von Deployments, Upgrades sowie Backup- und Restore-Prozessen

Automatisierung, Monitoring und Security

* Automatisierung mittels PowerShell und Bash sowie Infrastructure-as-Code-Technologien wie Terraform und Ansible * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen, z. B. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch * Patch- und Vulnerability-Management * Mitwirkung an Backup-, Disaster-Recovery- und Security-Konzepten sowie technischen Härtungsmaßnahmen

Option Teamlead

* Bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Eignung kann die Position zusätzlich die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams umfassen Mitwirkung an Backup-, Disaster-Recovery- und Security-Konzepten

Ihr Profil Must have

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen * Erfahrung mit On-Premise-Hypervisor-Umgebungen und Private-Cloud-Stacks * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID sowie Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP und GPO * Solide Linux-Kenntnisse in Administration, Systemdiensten und Shell * Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, insbesondere Cluster-Betrieb, Netzwerk/Ingress, Storage und RBAC * Gute Kenntnisse von Netzwerk- und Data-Center-Grundlagen wie TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls und Load Balancing * Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie mit ITIL-Prozessen wie Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management * Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Team- und Serviceorientierung * Entsprechende berufsbezogene Deutschkenntnissesowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Wir bieten

Für diese Position bieten wir - abhängig von Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Verantwortungsumfang - ein Bruttojahresgehalt zwischen EUR 65.000 und EUR 80.000 auf Vollzeitbasis. 37,5 Stunden-Woche (VZ-Basis).
