Ihre Aufgaben

* Entra ID und Intune: Verwaltung von Benutzer:innen, Gruppen, Rollen und Geräten und Umsetzung von MFA, Conditional Access und Geräterichtlinien

* Microsoft 365 und Exchange Online: Betreuung und Support der Postfächer, Verteiler, Lizenzen und Teams

* User Support im 2nd Level: Ansprechpartner:in, wenn der 1st Level nicht weiterkommt, persönlich, am Telefon oder per Fernwartung

* Remote-Arbeitsplätze mit Omnissa Horizon: Mitarbeit bei der Ablöse von Citrix und Betreuung der neuen Umgebung nach der Einschulung, von Images und Pools bis zur Hilfe für die Anwender:innen

* Mitarbeit im Core-Betrieb: Unterstützung des Teams bei Servern, Backup und Netzwerk und Übernahme eigener Aufgaben nach der Einschulung

* Automatisierung und KI: Vereinfachung von wiederkehrenden Aufgaben, zum Beispiel mit PowerShell, Unterstützung der Fachbereiche beim Einsatz führender KI-Systeme

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre als IT-Techniker:in, Kolleg oder FH) oder gleichwertiges Wissen aus der Praxis

* Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Entra ID (Azure AD) und Intune

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Exchange Online

* Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory, Windows und Netzwerken

* Server, VMware, Veeam, Citrix, Omnissa Horizon und Switching musst du nicht mitbringen

* Erfahrung mit Citrix oder einer anderen VDI-Lösung ist ein Plus

Ihr Gehalt

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.200,- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird jedoch marktkonform und in Abhängigkeit Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell und gemeinsam vereinbart.
