Ein Blick auf den Alltag

In dieser Rolle dreht sich alles darum, der internen IT-Landschaft Struktur zu geben und den Kollegen den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern:

* Das Herzstück der Aufgabe: Sie betreuen moderne IT-Arbeitsplatzumgebungen und entwickeln die Microsoft 365- sowie ERP-Infrastruktur geschickt weiter.

* Als zentrale Ansprechperson: Sie sind die rettende Hand im First- und Second-Level-Support und sorgen bei On- und Offboarding-Prozessen für ein reibungsloses Berechtigungsmanagement.

* Für die nötige Abwechslung: Sie arbeiten aktiv an spannenden Projekten rund um IT-Security und Datenschutz mit und steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern.

Gesucht wird ein technikbegeisterter Kopf, der folgende Werkzeuge mitbringt:

* Ihr Fundament: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Client-Management - im Windows-Umfeld, mit Active Directory und Entra ID fühlen Sie sich absolut wie zu Hause.

* Ihr Werkzeugkasten: Ein gutes Basiswissen im Netzwerkbereich, insbesondere rund um VPN, WLAN und VLAN.

* Ihre Persönlichkeit: Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit echtem Servicegedanken sowie Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch.

Vergütung und Einstieg

* Das Gehalt: Für diese Vollzeitstelle ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.500,- dotiert, wobei das tatsächliche Paket individuell geschnürt wird und eine klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Erfahrung bereithält.
