Wir suchen für den Standort Innsbruck 1 IT Systems Engineer (m/w/d) ab sofort und in Vollzeit (38,5 Std /Woche)

Du hast deine Lehre als IT-Systemtechniker:in erfolgreich abgeschlossen und möchtest dein Wissen in einem modernen IT-Umfeld weiter ausbauen? Du arbeitest gerne im Team, löst technische Herausforderungen mit Begeisterung und möchtest Anwender:innen im Arbeitsalltag unterstützen? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Deine Aufgaben

* Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Anliegen im Hard- und Softwarebereich (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)

* Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, mobilen Endgeräten und IT-Systemen

* Administration von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und IT-Services

* Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen IT-Infrastruktur

* Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Support- und Serviceprozesse

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Lehre als IT-Systemtechniker:in oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung

* Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support - zum Beispiel durch deine Lehre oder Praktika

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, technische Probleme strukturiert zu lösen

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene monatliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) € 2700,- - eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
