Aufgaben

* Betreuung und laufende Unterstützung von Kund_innen bei technischen Anfragen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort

* Administration, Wartung und Überwachung von Microsoft- und Cloud-Umgebungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft 365 und Azure

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen Cloud, IT-Security und Modern Workplace

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Betreuung moderner Security-Lösungen sowie bei der Optimierung bestehender IT-Systeme

Profil

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld

* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Systeme

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Azure

* Analytische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise bei technischen Fragestellungen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Kund_innen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

Das ist von Vorteil

* Erste Berührungspunkte mit IT-Security-Lösungen wie Microsoft Defender

* Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Backup, Client Management oder Endpoint Management

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-, Cloud- oder Modern-Workplace-Projekten

* Interesse an aktuellen Entwicklungen rund um Cloud-Technologien und Informationssicherheit
