Onze klant is actief in de retail en heeft verschillende bedrijven en winkelactiviteiten. Met een sterk gedigitaliseerde werking en heel wat software die intern wordt ontwikkeld, speelt IT een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking en verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je stuurt en begeleidt een IT-team van 3 medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling en opvolging.
  • Je denkt mee over IT-strategie, digitalisering, AI, leveranciers en toekomstige investeringen en werkt voorstellen uit voor het management.
  • Je combineert coördinatie met een directe rol in software, hardware, support, opleidingen of nieuwe IT-projecten.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij nieuwe systemen en geeft opleidingen zodat ook niet-technische collega's vlot kunnen werken met nieuwe tools.
  • Je vormt samen met het management een technisch klankbord en helpt de organisatie verder groeien op IT-vlak.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische IT-achtergrond en ervaring met software, hardware, infrastructuur of een combinatie daarvan.
  • Je bent klaar om een volgende stap richting IT-teamlead te zetten, of hebt al ervaring in een leidinggevende IT-rol.
  • Je bent zowel strategisch als hands-on: je kunt met het management meedenken én zelf inspringen wanneer nodig.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kunt een team motiveren, begeleiden en medewerkers meenemen in veranderingen.
  • Ervaring met Java, Spring of Spring Boot.
