Vacature: IT Infrastructure Team Leader : Infrastructure, Security & Support

Voor een sterk groeiende en innovatieve speler in de hightechindustrie, gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige chemicaliën voor de micro-elektronica zoeken we vandaag een IT team leader. Met een wereldwijd netwerk van klanten en een omzet van meer dan 1 miljard euro, is dit bedrijf uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde binnen zijn niche. Op de Belgische site werken zo'n 180 medewerkers, waarvan een IT-team van 7 collega's, inclusief jou als teamleader. Jij geeft rechtstreeks leiding aan 5 interne IT-medewerkers.

Jouw rol: sturen, vernieuwen en verbinden

Als IT Infrastructure Team Leader ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de stabiliteit en vernieuwing van de IT-infrastructuur. Je combineert technische kennis met leiderschap, en je werkt proactief aan een veilige, performante en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving.

Wat doe je precies?

  • Je stuurt het IT infrastructuurteam aan en coördineert de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je leidt infrastructuurprojecten van A tot Z: van analyse en planning tot uitvoering en opvolging.
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige updates, patches en onderhoud van de IT-omgeving.
  • Je houdt toezicht op hardwarevernieuwing, systeembeveiliging en netwerkbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je werkt samen met externe partners en bent het aanspreekpunt bij technische escalaties.
  • Je bewaakt het IT-budget en stelt een heldere IT-roadmap op, afgestemd op de noden van de business.
  • Je spot kansen om te innoveren en zet nieuwe technologieën in om de infrastructuur te versterken.

Jouw profiel: hands-on leider met visie

  • Je behaalde een diploma in IT of engineering.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als system engineer, waarvan idealiter een deel in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met netwerkinfrastructuur, virtualisatie, storage (NAS), back-upsystemen, VOIP, firewalls en switches.
  • Je hebt kennis van Active Directory, SQL Server, SharePoint, SCCM, Microsoft 365 en Azure.
  • Je werkt vlot volgens projectmanagementmethodes zoals SCRUM of Agile.
  • Je communiceert helder, hebt een analytische geest en weet jouw ideeën overtuigend te presenteren
