Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Murau suchen wir einen 1 IT-Techniker_in / 2nd & 3rd Level Support (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns bist du nicht nur Support-Mitarbeiter, sondern technischer Ansprechpartner und Problemlöser.

Dazu gehören:

¿ Unterstützung unseres 1st Level Supports bei komplexen Anfragen

¿ Analyse, Bearbeitung und Behebung von Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich

¿ Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Servern und Anwendungen

¿ Betreuung und Optimierung von Windows- und Linux-Systemen

¿ Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs von IT-Infrastrukturen

¿ Fehleranalyse und Behebung per Fernwartung sowie vor Ort beim Kunden

¿ Betreuung von Netzwerken, Firewalls, VPN- und Sicherheitslösungen

¿ Monitoring und laufende Betreuung unserer Kundenumgebungen

¿ Durchführung von Wartungen, Updates und Backup-Kontrollen

¿ Unterstützung bei Projekten, Systemanpassungen und Change-Management-Prozessen

¿ Konfiguration und Anpassung unserer Softwarelösungen an individuelle Kundenanforderungen

¿ Selbstständige Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

Was du mitbringst

Du musst nicht alles können - aber du solltest Freude daran haben, technische Herausforderungen zu lösen.

Idealerweise verfügst du über:

º Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Fachschule, Studium o.Ä.)

º Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld

º Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft- und/oder Linux-Umgebungen

º Erfahrung mit Netzwerken, Routing, VLANs, VPNs und Firewalls

º Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt

º Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist

º Führerschein Klasse B

Besonders freuen wir uns über Erfahrung mit:

º Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi)

º Microsoft Exchange und SQL Server

º Mikrotik, Barracuda oder Unifi

º Terminalserver-Umgebungen

º Warenwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. SelectLine)
