Misschien heb je weleens gedacht aan een baan in IT, maar heb je geen IT-opleiding of ervaring en weet je niet precies waar je moet beginnen. Dan is dit traineeship bij Van Mossel precies de stap die je zoekt. Over het traineeship Je hoeft niet al te kunnen programmeren. Je hoeft geen IT-diploma te hebben. En je hoeft zelfs nog niet precies te weten welke IT-functie het beste bij je past. Wat we wél belangrijk vinden, is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, analytisch kunt denken en gemotiveerd bent om een compleet nieuw vak te leren. In een intensief traineeship van 14 maanden leiden Createment en Van Mossel je op voor een carrière binnen de IT-organisatie van Van Mossel. We kijken daarbij niet naar wat je al hebt gedaan, maar vooral naar wat je in je hebt. Afhankelijk van jouw talenten en interesses kun je je ontwikkelen richting verschillende IT-functies, zoals bijvoorbeeld Mendix Developer of Afas Applicatiebeheerder. Wat betekent dat in de praktijk? Als Mendix Developer leer je hoe je met het low-codeplatform Mendix applicaties bouwt en verbetert die processen binnen Van Mossel slimmer en eenvoudiger maken. Je vertaalt een vraag vanuit de organisatie naar een digitale oplossing en ziet vervolgens het resultaat van wat je hebt gebouwd. Als Afas Applicatiebeheerder zit je juist op het snijvlak van IT en de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat applicaties goed aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk, onderzoekt vragen en problemen van gebruikers en denkt mee over hoe systemen en processen beter kunnen.
