Als IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines internationalen IT Infrastructure Teams und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung sowie den zuverlässigen Betrieb moderner Workplace-Services für mehrere europäische Standorte.Du stellst sicher, dass Mitarbeitende weltweit eine sichere, leistungsfähige und zukunftsfähige digitale Arbeitsumgebung nutzen können. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der IT Workplace Plattform, optimierst bestehende Services und begleitest die Einführung neuer Technologien.

Deine Rolle * Du gestaltest die strategische Optimierung von Microsoft-basierten Arbeitsplatzlösungen wie Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Endpoint Management und Collaboration Services. * Du analysierst komplexe technische Herausforderungen, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze und setzt Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Effizienz um. * Du evaluierst neue Technologien, entwickelst technische Standards und Automatisierungsansätze weiter, um eine skalierbare Workplace-Umgebung sicherzustellen. * Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in globalen IT-Projekten und begleitest weniger erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung.

Deine Expertise * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Workplace Engineering, Client Management oder einer vergleichbaren Position im IT-Infrastruktur-Umfeld * Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: ** Microsoft 365 und moderne Collaboration-Plattformen ** Endpoint Management und Softwareverteilung ** Windows Client Management und Workplace Security ** Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID ** Azure-basierte Workplace Services ** Windows 365 und moderne Cloud-Arbeitsplatzlösungen * Eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen nachhaltig zu lösen * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, Fachbereichen und externen Technologiepartnern
