Voor een grote speler binnen de vitale infrastructuur en nutssector in de buurt van Rotterdam zoeken we een ITIL Procesmanager. In deze rol neem je de regie over het ontwerpen, implementeren en continu verbeteren van onze IT-serviceprocessen. Terwijl Agile-teams continu innoveren, borg jij de stabiliteit, transparantie en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening over een landschap van moderne cloud- en legacy-systemen. Bovendien speel je een cruciale rol in het borgen van IT-governance en compliance, waaronder de voorbereiding op en naleving van de DORA-wetgeving. Als ITIL Procesmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, effectiviteit en compliance van de centrale ICT-processen. - Ontwerp & Implementatie: Initiëren, ontwerpen en implementeren van concrete verbeteringen in ITIL-serviceprocessen die nauw aansluiten op de Agile/SAFe-werkwijze van de teams. - Kwaliteit & KPI-Monitoring: Bewaken, analyseren en monitoren van kritische ICT-processen en het opstellen van heldere managementrapportages en procesbeschrijvingen. - Compliance & DORA Governance: Toezien op kwaliteitsnormen, auditvereisten en compliancevraagstukken, met een specifieke focus op de inrichting van processen rondom de DORA-wetgeving. - Knelpuntenanalyse & Tooling: Signaleren en oplossen van procesmatige knelpunten in de keten (inclusief externe leveranciers) en het optimaliseren van de inrichting in TOPdesk. - Stakeholder Alignment: Adviseren van proceseigenaren, Agile teams en het management over governance en procesinrichting om te zorgen dat veranderingen breed gedragen worden. - HBO werk- en denkniveau...
