Dit ga je doen Als Procesmanager ITIL realiseer jij een succesvolle implementatie van organisatiebrede gestandaardiseerde ITIL-processen. Daarbij zorg je voor meer uniformiteit, transparantie en samenwerking binnen de organisatie, zonder de autonomie en wendbaarheid van de teams te beperken. Vanuit het programma Informatiebeveiliging lever je daarnaast een belangrijke bijdrage aan het versterken van de digitale weerbaarheid en veerkracht van de Hanze. Concrete werkzaamheden van de Procesmanager ITIL - Ontwerpen, implementeren en doorontwikkelen van organisatiebrede ITIL-processen, zoals Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management. - Opstellen, documenteren en beheren van procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies, richtlijnen en standaarden. - Bewaken van de naleving van afgesproken ITIL-processen en initiëren van verbetermaatregelen waar nodig. - Afstemmen met verschillende teams en afdelingen om uniforme werkwijzen te realiseren en procesoverstijgende samenwerking te bevorderen. - Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van procesprestaties aan de hand van KPI's en managementinformatie. - Identificeren van knelpunten binnen bestaande processen en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten. - Adviseren van management en stakeholders over procesoptimalisatie, governance en dienstverlening.
