De organisatie plaatst ontwikkelaars op projecten bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers en investeert serieus in vakontwikkeling. Kennisdeling staat centraal, met regelmatige meetups en trainingen. De opdrachten zijn zorgvuldig gekozen: geen wegwerpprojecten, maar systemen die er voor de opdrachtgever toe doen. Als Java Developer in Amsterdam werk je aan backend systemen bij opdrachtgevers in onder meer finance en logistiek. Je bouwt services in Java en Spring Boot, werkt in scrumteams van 5 tot 8 mensen en denkt mee over architectuur en codekwaliteit. Tussen projecten door verdiep je je vak binnen de eigen community. Je bepaalt in overleg welke opdracht bij je past, qua inhoud en qua reistijd. Wil je richting software architectuur of teamlead groeien, dan is daar een concreet ontwikkelpad voor.
