ID:1921-1923 De organisatie: Onze klant is een hoogwaardige specialistische kennisorganisatie op het gebied van Java, middleware, performance, SOA en Web 2.0. Dat het een kennis organisatie is blijkt uit het feit dat kennisdeling verplicht is, 30 verplichte trainingsdagen per jaar, en het lezen van alle boeken die je als relevant beschouwd gekocht kunnen worden en hier in de boekenkast terecht komen. Met een team van ruim 70 betrokken professionals, die allen gedreven worden door de wil de beste op hun vakgebied te zijn, is deze organisatie in staat bij hun klanten complexe en grootschalige Java projecten te realiseren. Dit gebeurt allemaal vanuit de vestiging in Nederland. De functie: We zoeken voor deze organisatie een zeer ervaren Java ontwikkelaar (+ 4 jaar ervaring) met goede kennis van de webapplicaties. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je o.a. ervaring hebt in Scrumteams en goed op de hoogte bent van deze methodiek. Je gaat als Java ontwikkelaar samen met je collega's nieuwe systemen voor klanten bedenken en ontwikkelen waarbij kwaliteit steeds voorop staat. Je krijgt te maken met de laatste technologieën en je hebt ruime keuze welke middelen je inzet om de applicaties te ontwikkelen. Je adviseert en begeleidt opdrachtgevers en ontwikkelteams bij het ontwerp van applicaties voor maatwerktoepassingen op basis van het Java platform. Je verzorgt en begeleidt de implementatie van de overeengekomen architecturen. Je signaleert nieuwe behoeftes en ontwikkelingen bij de opdrachtgevers en stelt architectuur adviezen op.
